Should I go with more than one Realtor?

Generally speaking, the answer to this question is no. You should work with one realtor that you feel comfortable with. Remember, through the Multiple Listing Service, the realtor will have access to most of the properties listed throughout the country. On a rare occasion a specific office might have an “exclusive” listing that is not offered through the MLS, but this usually happens is a very active real estate market.

If you are looking for homes in different geographic areas, then multiple realtors might make sense. It is possible that your realtor does not have access to the multiple listings in that area, and even if she does, she might not be familiar with the area. Discuss this with your realtor. If she feels that she is unable to service you in those areas, she can refer you to a reputable agent in that area that can help you.
